To earn the Bear Badge, a Cub Scout must complete 6 required adventures and 1 Bear Elective.
The achievements are done with a den as a group or at home and signed off by an
adult family member. The book is shown to the Den Leader who records the scout’s progress
and signs the boys book.
As a Bear scout you’ll learn about knife safety and earn your Whittling Chip. A continuation of camping and hiking adventures, duties to faith, and leadership opportunities as you take part in games with younger scouts. More learning adventures await as a Bear Scout.
